Service Description

Private sessions are offered in-person or via *Skype! No need to be local to Atlanta/Suwanee, GA. IronE can provide personal training to clients anywhere in the world (with an internet connection). One-On-One Coaching by International Celebrity Actor, IronE Singleton. Students are assessed for their individual level of experience. Classes are customized to fit client's individual training needs and focus on the following: Mind/Body/Spirit Exercises -- Memorization -- Improvisation/Imagination -- Facial Expressions (happiness, anger, sadness, fear, surprise, etc.) -- Affective Memory/Emotional Recall -- Voice Dynamics (pitch, volume, stress, rhythm, enunciation, pronunciation, projection) -- Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication -- Script Analysis and Audition preparation and techniques *Minimum internet upload and download speed of at least 1.2 megabits per second is required for clear Skype connections. It is recommended that clients connect via an ethernet cable instead of wifi to ensure a consistent and stable connection throughout the duration of the video training session. We are happy to provide free technical support to assist with a stable connection prior to the start of your session if requested at least 24 hours in advance of your training session start time. Technical support calls are generally scheduled within 1 hour of your class time.

Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY: ------------------------------------------------ ACTING CLASSES/WORKSHOPS/PRIVATE COACHING: All classes/workshops/session bundles are subject to a canceled reservation fee of 50% of total payment (less the cost of any services rendered) if canceled at least 5 days prior to the class/workshop/session bundle start date. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests must be emailed to info@ironeproductions.com. Classes and private coaching sessions are eligible for rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. All rescheduled classes must take place within 6 days of the original scheduled session date/time or the class session will be forfeited. ------------------------------------------------ AUDIO/VIDEO SERVICES: Sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel and reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, a credit will be applied to the client's account to use within 1 year of cancellation. To cancel an audio/video session, clients must email their written cancellation request to info@ironeproductions.com. ------------------------------------------------ PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS: In the event the client cancels the photography services, newNsight Photography will retain the reservation deposit (50% of total service fee) for liquidated damages. newNsight Photography agrees to refund all additional paid money if any. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of written cancelation request.
