Terms and Conditions

PARTICIPATION WAIVER:

Disclaimer: Although we have never experienced and do not foresee any unfortunate circumstances stemming from activities/events sponsored by IronE Productions LLC, we must communicate the possibility of such to adhere to protocol and avoid legal ramifications. 

 

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH IronE Productions LLC., including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from acts of the persons or entities being released, from defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. In consideration of my purchase and/or permitting me and/or my child (children) to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: 

 

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my and/or my child's (children's or any guests that accompany me on the premises) disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: IronE Productions LLC (PROMOTER) and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents and the activity holders, sponsors and volunteers; 

 

(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. I acknowledge that PROMOTER and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.

 

I hereby consent to receive (have my child/children receive) medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness while participating in activities/events sponsored by IronE Productions.

 

I understand while participating in this activity, I and/or my child (children) and/or anyone accompanying me on the premises of any and all IronE Productions contracted event locations may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness and/or that of my child (children or any guests that accompany me on the premises) to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns. The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. 

 

FACILITY VISITATION:

ISA is a private facility.  All visitation must be pre-approved and scheduled in advance.  Visitation to ISA is limited to scheduled appointments and classes only and strictly prohibited otherwise. 

 

MONITORING AND SURVEILLANCE POLICY:

While we respect and value the privacy of our clients/students and staff/representatives, we are obligated and committed to offering each of them a safe and secure environment while participating in events sponsored by IronE Productions LLC. I understand that for the safety of clients/students and IronE Productions LLC staff, representatives and affiliates, all public areas, including studios, classrooms and grounds are under 24-hour video surveillance. Monitored areas DO NOT include restroom facilities or private dressing room areas. 

 

CODE OF CONDUCT:

All ISA enrollees are required to...

 

  1. Demonstrate positive behavior and be respectful of school property, ensuring that safe conditions exist on school grounds at all times. 

  2. Be responsible for individual behavior and refrain from harassing, intimidating or bullying others. 

  3. Demonstrate respect for themselves and others through personal hygiene, dress and behavior.

  4. Remain attentive to and respectful of the instructor/coach at all times.

  5. Be respectful of peers by not causing class disruptions and respecting the personal space of others.

  6. Demonstrate respect for others through use of appropriate language, *avoiding profanity , *racial and ethnic slurs or any otherwise denigration of others through other verbal and nonverbal language or communication.

  7. Take pride in personal work and the work of others while challenging themselves to learn more.

  8. Be prepared for each class by arriving on time with any pre-assigned work assignments completed and ready to share.

  9. Be responsible for working to your full potential in and outside of the classroom. 

  10. Be accepting of classroom challenges and work assignments and give your best efforts to complete assignments in a timely and meaningful manner. 

  11. Speak up for themselves and be their own advocate in the classroom. 

  12. Offer their opinions and participate in their education.

 *Minors use of inappropriate language should be scripted and pre-approved by parents.
 

If students expect to be successful actors and be successful in life, it is mandatory and necessary that they are respectful and promptly adhere to instructions, rules, requests, etc.  Therefore, for disruptions and noncompliance to classroom rules, we are obliged for everyone's safety and well-being to enforce necessary disciplinary measures which could include direct warnings, loss of privileges and/or class time and temporary/permanent dismissal.  For minors, parents will be notified of any disciplinary actions taken after each class and a conference may precede student expulsion. 

 

ISA is a drug free and violence free facility.  Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited throughout the property.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY:

PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS OF STUDENTS:  I understand that I must arrive on time to pick up my child (children) at the conclusion of each class.  I understand that all late pick-ups will be assessed $10/5mins late, payable before my child (children) is permitted to attend his/her(their) next scheduled class.  I further understand that only 1 tardy pickup per student per enrollment session will be excusable. Repeat tardiness may result in dis-enrollment of my child from all sessions/classes.

 

OVERTIME/OVER SCHEDULE POLICY:

In the event clients need to extend their private/audition session and we do not have another client scheduled immediately after the conclusion of the session, clients may extend session time for $10/10-minute increments payable through the ISA website under Classes and Services prior to the audition upload and/or extended session time.

 

Since we may have other appointments scheduled following each private session/audition, it is recommended that extra time is booked in advance to guarantee extra time needed to complete each session.   

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

All payments are due in full, 1 week prior to class/session participation.  There will be a $5 late fee assessed for any payments not processed 4 days prior to class. No cash payments will be accepted.  Online/credit card payments only.  For convenience, payments may be made via the ISA website under Classes and Services.

 

REFUND POLICY:

ACTING CLASSES/WORKSHOPS/PRIVATE COACHING:

All classes/workshops/session bundles are subject to a canceled reservation fee of 50% of total payment (less the cost of any services rendered) if canceled at least 5 days prior to class/workshop/session bundle start date. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request.  Withdrawal requests must be emailed to info@ironeproductions.com.

 

Classes and private coaching sessions are eligible for rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session start time.  All rescheduled classes must take place within 6 days of the original scheduled session date/time or class session will be forfeited.  


AUDIO/VIDEO SERVICES:

Sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel and reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time.  If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, a credit will be applied to the client's account to use within 1 year of cancellation. To cancel an audio/video session, clients must email their written cancellation request to info@ironeproductions.com.


PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS:

In the event the client cancels the photography services, newNsight Photography will retain the reservation deposit (50% of total service fee) for liquidated damages. newNsight Photography agrees to refund all additional paid money if any. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of written cancellation request. Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@ironeproductions.com.
 

ZOOM/SKYPE VIRTUAL SESSIONS:
Virtual calls are private and exclusively for the student if 18 or over or the student with monitoring by his/her legal guardian if under 18 years of age.  Virtual sessions will begin and end at the designated class time. IronE Productions LLC and its affiliates are not liable for technical issues that prevent connectivity. We are happy to provide free, basic technical support to all VIRTUAL clients. Students/parents are welcomed to request a technical support call at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session to conduct a test Virtual call to ensure a seamless connection during the class session.  Technical support calls are generally scheduled within 1 hour of class session time.  

 

Minimum internet upload and download speed of at least 1.2 megabits per second is required for clear Virtual connections. It is recommended that clients connect via an ethernet cable instead of wifi to ensure a consistent and stable connection throughout the duration of the Virtual training session. IronE Productions LLC and its affiliates cannot be liable for poor client-side internet connections, dropped virtual sessions, video lag or audio errors.

INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY :

I understand that session times are subject to change based on IronE's professional schedule and obligation. Though he will make every possible effort to work around any scheduled classes/sessions. Should a time conflict arise, students will be presented alternative date/time options and/or a substitute, guest instructor to facilitate the class/workshop/private session during Mr. Singleton's absence.

I CERTIFY THAT AS THE REGISTRANT, I AM 18 YEARS OR OLDER OR I AM THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE REGISTRANT AND I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT.

 

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE PERIODICALLY UPDATED TO IMPROVE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, BEST PRACTICES AND/OR TO FURTHER CLARIFY BUSINESS PRACTICES OF IRONE PRODUCTIONS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES.  I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS PAGE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES AND REVISIONS. BY REMAINING ENROLLED IN ISA SERVICES, I AGREE TO ADHERE TO ANY UPDATED TERMS ACCORDINGLY.

 

I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY PRINT OR SAVE A DIGITAL COPY OF THIS PAGE AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN WILL BE HONORED FOR THE PRODUCT/SERVICE PURCHASED WITHIN 24HRS OF THE DATE/TIME NOTED ON THIS PAGE. I  AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
