Service Description

Service includes a 1-hr read and light coaching, taping, editing and upload to Actor's Access (or other site) or Dropbox link emailed to the recipient of choice. Files are provided the day of session after 8pm. Expedited service available for additional fee. Services do not include additional fees incurred by client. We recommend 1-hour sessions for sides 3 pages or more with complex slating instructions and/or multiple takes. Coaching is provided based on available time. Clients must bring printed script, printed slating instructions and have all lines memorized. Clients must arrive on time! We suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled audition time so you have time to be in place and ready to tape to make the most of your time. In the event more time is needed and we do not have another client scheduled after your session, a fee of $10/10 minute increments will be charged and payable through the ISA website prior to your file upload. Since we may have other appointments scheduled following your scheduled time, it is recommended that you book extra time in advance of your session to guarantee you have the time needed to complete your session. Audition sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel and reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, a credit will be applied to their account to use within 1 year of cancellation. Cancellations less than 24 hours from your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be billed at full price.

REFUND POLICY: ------------------------------------------------ ACTING CLASSES/WORKSHOPS/PRIVATE COACHING: All classes/workshops/session bundles are subject to a canceled reservation fee of 50% of total payment (less the cost of any services rendered) if canceled at least 5 days prior to the class/workshop/session bundle start date. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests must be emailed to info@ironeproductions.com. Classes and private coaching sessions are eligible for rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. All rescheduled classes must take place within 6 days of the original scheduled session date/time or the class session will be forfeited. ------------------------------------------------ AUDIO/VIDEO SERVICES: Sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
