Service Description

Limited time offer. Save $20! Must redeem within 1 yr. of purchase. Sessions require 24-hour notice. Service includes a 30-min read & light coaching, taping, editing and upload to Actor's Access (or casting site of choice) or Dropbox link emailed to the recipient of your choice. Clients may watch their performance on a large display screen after each take. Services do not include additional fees incurred by client. 30-min sessions are recommended for up to 2 page reads with simple slating instructions. Coaching is provided based on available time. Clients must bring printed script, printed slating instructions & have all lines memorized. Clients must arrive on time! We suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled audition time so you have time to be in place to make the most of time. If more time is needed and we do not have another client scheduled, clients may extend session time by $10/10-minute increments payable through the ISA website prior to the file upload. Since we may have other appointments scheduled following each audition, it is recommended that extra time is booked in advance to guarantee extra time needed to complete an audition session. Audition sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel & reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, a credit will be applied to the client's account to use within 1yr of cancellation. Cancellations less than 24 hours from your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be billed at full price.

REFUND POLICY: ------------------------------------------------ ACTING CLASSES/WORKSHOPS/PRIVATE COACHING: All classes/workshops/session bundles are subject to a canceled reservation fee of 50% of total payment (less the cost of any services rendered) if canceled at least 5 days prior to the class/workshop/session bundle start date. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests must be emailed to info@ironeproductions.com. Classes and private coaching sessions are eligible for rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. All rescheduled classes must take place within 6 days of the original scheduled session date/time or the class session will be forfeited. ------------------------------------------------ AUDIO/VIDEO SERVICES: Sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel and reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, a credit will be applied to the client's account to use within 1 year of cancellation. To cancel an audio/video session, clients must email their written cancellation request to info@ironeproductions.com. ------------------------------------------------ PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS: In the event the client cancels the photography services, newNsight Photography will retain the reservation deposit (50% of total service fee) for liquidated damages. newNsight Photography agrees to refund all additional paid money if any.
