Service Description

This is the best way for fans to get in-person 1-on-1 time with IronE Singleton, T-Dog from The Walking Dead and Alton from the Blind Side. Prepare for fun and entertainment as IronE engages in a 5-minute Zoom chat session with you and your friends/family to allow time for you to ask anything your hearts desire. 1st-time sessions receive an extra 5 mins session time and 1 autographed photo! (**Shipping fees apply**) Sessions include unlimited attendees.

Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY: ------------------------------------------------ ACTING CLASSES/WORKSHOPS/PRIVATE COACHING: All classes/workshops/session bundles are subject to a canceled reservation fee of 50% of total payment (less the cost of any services rendered) if canceled at least 5 days prior to the class/workshop/session bundle start date. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests must be emailed to info@ironeproductions.com. Classes and private coaching sessions are eligible for rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. All rescheduled classes must take place within 6 days of the original scheduled session date/time or the class session will be forfeited. ------------------------------------------------ AUDIO/VIDEO SERVICES: Sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Clients may cancel and reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time. If rescheduling is not possible at the time of cancellation, a credit will be applied to the client's account to use within 1 year of cancellation. To cancel an audio/video session, clients must email their written cancellation request to info@ironeproductions.com. ------------------------------------------------ PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS: In the event the client cancels the photography services, newNsight Photography will retain the reservation deposit (50% of total service fee) for liquidated damages. newNsight Photography agrees to refund all additional paid money if any. A refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of written cancelation request.
