1. DISCLAIMER
   None of the STT content or information provided is to be construed as a solicitation or offer to sell capital markets products or financial advisory services, and is not to be construed as a source for any kind of professional advice (including but not limited to personal financial or investment advice).    Past performance of any trading system or strategy does not necessarily indicate future results. Though we are confident in our proven results and stock tips, we do not guarantee that any investment(s) you make will be profitable or will not result in losses.
   
   While we make reasonable recommendations to provide you reliable information (including but not limited to stocks tips, charts, articles or any other statement(s) regarding the stock market or other financial and investment information) through STT, we do not warrant or guarantee the results, timeliness or accuracy of such information.
   
   Nothing in the STT content shall be construed as stating or implying that past results are an indication of future performance. Neither we nor our information providers shall be liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the contents shared during your participation in STT.
    

2. PARTICIPATION
   The Service, and any content received for STT, is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. By participating, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, content for informational purposes. You agree not to use shared content for any purpose other than for your personal educational, informational and investment purposes. You agree that you shall not copy, reproduce, republish, download (unless we explicitly state otherwise), share, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose or financial gain, the stock tips shared during your participation in STT.
   
   Only 1 FREE stock tip is permitted per participant.  My ability to continue dedicating the necessary time to conduct thorough market research to provide profitable stock tips relies on the honesty, fairness and generosity of all participants. Thus, Individuals noted as violating the SST honor system by requesting multiple stock tips without sharing proof of trades or the required tip amount will be disallowed participation in the STT program. Besides, Good deeds = Good Karma so we trust all participants will be fair and honest. 
    

3. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, STT including the content of the said service (or any part thereof). You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of STT including the content provided. In the event of such modification, suspension or discontinuance, we are under no obligation to continue providing stock tips beyond our discretion.
    

4. REFUND POLICY
   All tips are final and non-refundable. As access to a profitable stock tip is provided to you prior to your tip submission, all monetary tips are considered a show of appreciation for training, rewards and stock profit received.  There shall be no refund (whether partial or full) for any future stock tips provided regardless of the stock’s performance.
    

5. COMMERCIAL USE
   ​You agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the STT content.
    

6. NON-COMPETITION
   You agree that you shall not directly or indirectly conduct, advertise, promote or solicit any business activity in competition with us or any of our associated products and services. We reserve the right to revoke your participation and terminate your privileges enjoyed through our stock tips at our sole discretion if we determine you are in breach of this provision. There shall be no partial or full refund for any tips provided prior to such revocation and termination.
    

7. INDEMNIFICATION
   You agree that you shall indemnify and hold us, our affiliates and/or our partners (where applicable) harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or in relation to your use of the Service.

I CERTIFY THAT AS THE REGISTRANT, I AM 18 YEARS OR OLDER OR I AM THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE REGISTRANT AND I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT.

 

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE PERIODICALLY UPDATED TO IMPROVE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, BEST PRACTICES AND/OR TO FURTHER CLARIFY BUSINESS PRACTICES.  I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS PAGE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES AND REVISIONS.  BY CONTINUING TO PARTICIPATE IN STT, I AGREE TO ADHERE TO ANY UPDATED TERMS ACCORDINGLY.

 

I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY PRINT OR SAVE A DIGITAL COPY OF THIS PAGE FOR MY REFERENCE. I  AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
